Health means our ability to remain free of illness and injuries. We should follow a regular exercise routine and eat a healthy diet. A healthy lifestyle is important in our life as it leads us to a relaxed mind and makes us energetic throughout the day. It is also important as it prevents us from certain diseases such as heart diseases , blood pressure , depression , body pain etc.


There are five components of health : Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social and Spritual


Many factors influence our health. They are generally categorised into five factors namely: Genetics, Behaviour, Environmental and Physical influences, Medical Care and Social factors.


Health has many benefits such as it improves our morale and increase our productivity. It also reduces absenteeism
